I hosted The Big Draw workshop at Danes Hill school. It ran for 2 days – a lot of hard work but ultimately brilliant! We made sketchbooks, Olympic banners, art work for the school and self portraits. I think if you ever personified excitement it would be 100 8 year olds running after helium balloons with their self portraits attached – utter mayhem! Above you can see some of the worksheets I made for the event and a detail from one of the tea towels we made.
